Oh my goodness Leanne! I am so excited for you! It truly is the best feeling isn't it? Feeling those flutters for the first time and then having them turn into jabs/kicks and summersaults. I have goosebumps of happiness for you!
ReplyDeleteThe fabric is Amy Butler, who I am slightly obsessed with. I have an addiction to fabric. It is a problem! I am just teaching myself to sew. The duvet was pretty simple actually. Making the ruffle edge was a bit confusing, making sure the fabric pattern all lined up...and the zipper. I am still learning the art of the zipper. I think it is fabulous that you are making a baby quilt! That is on my to-do list of things to learn! I have so many ideas that sometimes I want to burst.
